[Kst] Plugin output naming

Hi,

I agree that this is a real problem, and quite annoying! It seems that equations and histograms work fine, but not plugins.
I looked at the code a bit, but it seems that for plugins it works a bit differently. 
@Barth: do you have an idea where I can look to fix that?
