It looks much better now. I haven't tested everything yet, but I've already seen a problem: curves used as X-markers are not properly tagged as used and get deleted as well. Probably easy to fix, though...

I think the corresponding bug number is https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=256153
When the above mentioned problem is fixed, we should generate a snapshot and ask Grégoire to do some tests to check that it is really fixed. Maybe there are still cases we haven't thought of?

But it feels good to see almost all known bugs from 2.0.6 fixed now :-)
