[Kst] soundfile (wav pcm) data input

Hi,

just wondering: Kst 1.x could read from stdin. How much effort would it be to "reactivate" that for Kst 2.x?

Kst2 can not read from a fifo/pipe.  I redirected to an ascii file, and read that into kst.  Not very elegant, but it did work.
