[Kst] soundfile (wav pcm) data input

Thanks, I will try that. Is it actually possible to let KST2 read data
from a FIFO or a pipe ? I tried it, but did not succeed - the FIFOs just
did not show up in the dialog where you choose the data file and I am
not sure how data can be piped into KST2 via stdin.
