Hi Peter,

I don't know exactly what you've changed and why, but thanks for the detailed build instructions for Windows (which I haven't tried yet to be honest!). However, when I run cmake now it no longer finds my installed libs (netcdf, matio, ...). Is that normal? It looks to me like a regression...
