[Kst] Changes to curve points between 2.0.4 and 2.0.5

Well, I'm not sure what's easier for the user to understand:
1) that you have to have at least one type of plotting active to be able to (pre)set color and width
2) that when nothing is selected you can select color and width even though nothing will be drawn. A sort of preselection of color and width, but the controls are never deactivated.
Right now I'm tending towards 2).

I don't think my changes are responsible for that (different sizes compared to 2.0.4).
Barth, do you have an idea there? Can you reproduce it?
When doing some quick tests, I had the impression that some points were drawn twice with different sizes, can that be?
 
Other than that, I'll take from your answers that having manual point sizes or different colors for points and lines is not a request. Nice, makes our lives easier :-)
