[Kst] Remaining bugs in 2.0.5

I think everything is done.  Please look/test.

I can't see this, but I made some changes.  Please verify if it is still
there /or fixed.

I don't intend to fix this unless someone thinks they want to underline an
entire label.

bad/sluggish is a driver issue.  I think I improved the w/out transparency
behavior (which will always be imperfect at best).
