[Kst] Software Name

I think we are all in agreement that 'kst' is a highly non-optimal name.

However, we were not able to come up with a name (yet) that everyone
liked enough to generate a change.

I think that we are still small enough that it isn't too late, though.

In our discussion last fall, we had a few suggestions. My favorite was

xy
  + short
+ relevant to the coordinate system
We could use the urls xy.kde.org and xy-plot.kde.org

In terms of name collisions, There is a XYPlot class in jfree, and
there is a pythonxy.com page, with nothing there. So, not too bad.

What do people think? Should we re-open the rename question?

If so, "xy" or something else. If something else, what?
