Unfortunately, at this moment kst2 cannot read kst1 files. It is
planned, but not available yet. Technically speaking, it may be possible
to write a .xsl transform to at least recreate the objects, even if the
layout is not 100% preserved, but I don't know if it's the right way to
do it. We haven't really decided yet how it should be handled. Unless
Barth has something in mind?
