Different topic.  I was going to work on TimeZones, but found this cruft...

Then I realized that there is currently no standard Trip-platform way
of getting a list of timezones.  KTimeZone does it, so I decided to
think about porting to KDE only again...

But best I can tell, KDElibs on OsX is not... mainstream.  So I feel
like we are still sort of stuck with Qt only.

So I still don't have a good solution for getting a list of timezones.
