[Kst] Re: Old line number discussion...

If we do this, then we should change the label to "line numbers start at 1"
so we don't confuse our old users.
We need to make sure that the files still use the '0' standard so we keep
compatibility with old kst files.

Basically, we have two counting standards and we can't get around that.
 Remind me: why are we changing this?
