I think we've discussed it before:-) I don't remember the pros and cons
exactly, maybe you should google in the mailing list archives.
Personally, I'd find it better as I always have to think twice. Any
decent editor will show you line numbers starting at 1, and jut copying
the value to kst would be much easier. Plus for "normal" people (i.e.
those who don't think in C++), indexes starting at 1 are far more
natural.

The only issue I see is compatibility with old files, once again. But we
could probably store the values in the .kst with indexes starting at 0,
and display them starting from 1 in the UI. Not 100% statisfying, but on
the whole I think it would be better. Who looks at .kst files with an
editor anyway?
