None of these need to be ported.

Steve is working on a better version of binnedmap.
general_levenberg_marquardt would be fantastic, but as discussed, a re-write
might me better than a port.


The only exceptions would be Gaussian, Lorentzian, and exponential, but they
already seem to be in kst2 (though I haven't confirmed that they work).
