OK, I've added install rules to the cmake build (qmake will become obsolete):

see the pathes at the end of the patch.

You could set the prefix with -Dkst_install_prefix=, without the option it
installs into <your build folder>/INSTALLED. The complete command line would 
look like this:

cmake ../kst/cmake -Dkst_merge_files=1 -Dkst_install_prefix=/my/install/math


And what must be done with the desktop file, could this also be automated?
I ask here before searching the web, sorry ;)
