[Kst] Kst 2.0.3 beta1

Kst 2.0.3 beta1 is released.

With many bug fixes and GUI improvements.

Supports fitsimage under Windows, so all the BLAST
images could be loaded also under Windows.

The ascii datasource plugins is several times
faster (>x5) when reading the data.

Build system is now cmake.

Experimental are binaries for Linux.
New is the Windows installer.
Help for the Mac binaries is welcome.
