I assume some one of the .inc files is not correct.

Should it look like koffice.org or maybe more like edu.kde.org?
You could check how the inc files of other projects look like:
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/www/media/includes/

And have you tested the site locally by setting up an Apache?
