[Kst] NetCDF support on Windows

I've added netCDF support for Windows.
Precompiled binaries could be downloaded from here:
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/kst/files/Snapshots

Example files could be found on the netCDF page:
    http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/examples/files.html

When on some files blindly all vectors are selected Kst crashes, so
we have some bugs in our code.
