PROBLEM:

When a cros power spectrum is generated from two vectors of different lengths
Kst will always crash.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Start Kst
Create two vectosr of different length
Take the Cross Power Spectrum

RESULTS:

Kst crashes

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Kst does not crash
