[Kst] netCDF

I've ported netCDF support to Kst2.

Could someone who uses netCDF check if
it really works. I've only tested some 
example files from the netCDF site.

if kst crashes while loading the
plugin be sure the plugin links against 
netcdf and netcdf_c++.
