[Kst] building kst on fedora core 13 alpha...

As I recall there have been a few emails about building kst 1.x on Fedora Core 13 Alpha.

We have successfully built on the alpha that was released at the beginning of March, using both cmake and automake.

The only change necessary was to downgrade autoconf from 2.65 to 2.63.
