CCBUG: 221749
Define reference page sizes in the settings dialog.
Specify fonts in points everywhere.

Note: your dialog defaults for font sizes will now almost certainly be wrong,
because font sizes are absolute, rather than relative.  The first time you make
a plot, set them to something sensible, and select the 'save as default' check
box
in the plot dialog.

Still need tooltips, and code to optionally rescale fonts when new plots are
added
from curvedialog, etc.
