[Kst] kst 2.0.0 schedule?

I think I will attempt to put out a beta-4 asap (as in, before I do anything 
else) so that the old beta-2 doesn't hang around any longer.

Your list is mainly pre-2.0.0 stuff.  See embedded comments.

Yes.  We need a clear description of what we need though.  Can you make a 
draft in the bug report?

Clearly pre-2.0.

I've done a lot of work in this area, and I think it is now at least as good 
as 1.x, if not better.  So I think that is done.

It will change .kst files and will be relativly easy, so, pre 2.0.0
