There was the beginning of a discussion some time ago on the list regarding
absolute vs relative file paths in kst 2.0 for data files. Since then time has
passed, and we've been bitten as well. I think this is an important issue to be
solved, preferably even before 2.0.0 final as it may have impact on file
compatibility. So here we go...
