[Kst] 1.8.0 plugin build issue

I get the following error when building kst 1.8.0 on Fedora 13:

I have to admit that I know nothing about exceptions so I don't really
know what's going on here.  There was an issue I had with exceptions
before, and I have a patch applied which used to fix it, but it no
longer does.
