[Kst] Color pallet files

[Barth Netterfield]

In kst/misc/ there are a bunch of color pallet files with names like
"IDL 03 RED-Temperature".  They have no copyright notice or license
associated with them.  Does anyone know where they came from, who
holds the copyright (or if color pallet files are un-copyrightable)
and/or what the licensing rules are?
