OK, so I've checked it on 2 PCs at home with Qt 4.6.2 and Windows XP+7 and it
works fine. It seems to be a Qt bug as using these binaries (those based on Qt
4.6.2) on the system where I was seeing the slowness, everything is now working
fine. This probably means we should distribute the next beta Windows binaries
based on the latest Qt...
I'm closing the report :-)
