[Kst] kst2 un-maximize plot pause issue

Kst2 (recent svn) still has the issue where when you un-maximize the
plot the pause state is not fully respected.

How to reproduce:
1. Make 2 plots of live streaming data (you must be in count from end
mode).
2. Click on pause.
3. Use 'z' to maximize one of the plots.
4. Then un-maximize (with 'z').  

Expected results:
Both plots are shown as identical to just after step 2 from above.

Actual results:
Both plots are shown but have advanced in time.  The plots are still
paused, but it is like they were unpaused for a split second when 'z'
was pressed the second time.
