[Kst] 1.8.0 build issue

Andrew,

Are you building from the kst 1.8.0 tarball, or from cvs?  The problem
seems to stem from the fact that ./configure thinks that the .am or .in
files (at least one) has changed so it wants to run reautoconf, and the
version I have might not be playing nice.
