[Kst] 1.8.0 build issue

Hi Matt,

I tried building kst (from the svn repository) on a clean install of 
CentOS5.3 and had no problems.

I'm not sure I understand how you can attempt to build kst on a machine and 
yet not have access to it?

The extdate folder is loacted in graphics/kst/src/extdate.
