I've committed all the stuff.

I've also renamed the library kst2 to kst2lib (in the .pro file) because
Studio doesn't like projects with same name. There where also much
cleanup for Studio project files; enabled tests under win.

The performance problem on win is solved, also a unittest (always assume
numbers with a decimal point '.')

Building and debugging is now fully supported by Visual Studio IDE.
