[Kst] kst2 install

When building and installing kst2, how do I do the equivalent of "make
install"?  Do I just copy ./build/bin/* to /usr/local/bin/ and
./build/lib/* to /usr/local/lib/ and then where do I put
./build/plugin/* ? 

(Obviously I'm asking from a linux perspective).
