Cleanup and Bug fixes in SharedAxisBoxItem's
 - Add locked axis for shares.  No automatic breaking of shared axes.
 - Fix margins changing on zoom
 - Integrate with PlotItem paint optimizations
   - Update setPlotDirty to notify either SharedBox or View.
 - Fix alignment errors of SharedPlots when parent or view is resized.
 - Fix alignment errors on zoom changes.
Cleanup deprecated SharedAxis settings from view and viewitem.
