[Kst] [Bug 200919] build error in plugins/fits_nonlinear/general_levenberg_marquardt

I've fixed the build problem with the general_levenberg_marquardt plugin for 
1.9.0_devel.

I'll leave 1.8.0 as is because it seems to be a problem for only a few 
distros and will only be apparent for people with both gsl and muparser 
installed.
