Now that I've been able to run it, I have quite a few comments to make. I have seen some little annoyances, and a couple more major problems (including a lockup). My question is: how should I proceed:
1) send mails to the list ? 
2) commit to devel-docs/Kst2Specs/Bugs ?
3) open bugzilla entries ?

My idea would be to have a "lightweight" reporting process (i.e. options 1 or 2) for little annoyances which are likely to be fixed quickly by small code changes and which we clearly want to fix before a release. Then we could open reports in bugzilla for longer-term improvement ideas or more complex problems, especially if they require some discussion. Regarding that latter point, we have to find a way to separate the 2 products, even though some things might be common. Is there already a clearly defined plan for how to handle this?
