The build fails in the tests/healpix directory.

Ideally this would not even be included as part of the distribution as it is
for internal testing only.

Matt, this will likely only build correctly if you have already done a make
install for kst 1.7.0 - in which case you should have a
/usr/include/kstextdatetime.h file and no build error.
