The offset from UTC appears to be the negative of the correct offset. eg America/New York is given as UTC+4 when it should be UTC-4. (eg when it's 12noon UTC, the time in NY is 8AM.) This with Matt Truch's FC8 1.6.0-2 build, but I saw the same delta with 1.6.0-1 and 1.5.0 as well.
