[Kst] kst location in svn has moved

I've moved the location of the kst 1.6.0 code to
branches/extragear/kde3/graphics/kst so if you're using websvn it can be
found at:
http://websvn.kde.org/branches/extragear/kde3/graphics/kst/

If you're checking out from svn using the command line the location is:
/home/kde/branches/extragear/kde3/graphics/kst

The change in location gives us the added benefit of translations.

The old location is still present but no more updates will be made to it.
