PROBLEM:
Plugins with custom dialogs (currently binned map and cross power spectrum) do not update when a new vector or scalar is created.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start Kst
Select Data... New Plugin...
Select either "Binned map" or "Cross Power Spectrum"
Note that the input vectors are all blank
Create a new vector from Data... New Vector...

RESULTS:
The input vectors are still all blank in the custom plugin dialog

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The input vectors in the custom plugin dialog are updated with the newly created vector
