[Kst] Kst 2.0.0. Beta 1 Release

Its supposed to, but I have had trouble w/ this on kubuntu Hardy.  I have to 
fully remove kst 1.x to build kst2.

I'm wondering if we shouldn't consider using cmake like the rest of KDE, 
rather than cmake?
