[Kst] Kst 2.0.0. Beta 1 Release

I've found the source package on ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/apps/KDE4.x/scientific/kst-2.0.0-beta1.tar.gz but I thought you'd said you would also upload a Windows binary for the people who can't/don't want to compile it. Is it still planned?
I'd like to show it off to some people who are not running Linux...
