PROBLEM:

If the user creates a picture object without selecting an image file path
then nothing is drawn for the picture

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Start Kst
Select the Picture tool
Create a new picture
In the New Piciture dialog click OK withut making any changes

RESULTS:

Nothing is drawn

EXPECTED RESULTS:

A black 'X' is drawn on a solid gray background to denote an undefined image
