I would like to check it out.  

The rpms won't generate because there are no translations.  The specfile
has to be modified to not look for translations.  

Also, I didn't realize we weren't shipping translations at all, I
thought that we were shipping old translations (which I know is bad).
If we have no translations, it's less likely 1.5.0 will be packaged into
distributions (who don't like translations to completely go away).
