[Kst] aclocal, automake, autoconf etc.

Hey,

I'm trying to fix up the kst 1.5.0 tarball so that build systems don't
require the GNU auto utils.  But the entire autoconf/automake/aclocal
system makes no sense to me.  Does anyone know which commands I should
run so that I can re tar up the package so it will build properly (like
previous kst releases did)?
