[Kst] 1.5.0 tarball

I've uploaded the various files to the right places and requested
the necessary authorisation from the people who matter to make the
other necessary changes.

The only problem I have so far is that the Makefile (at least as
generated when I make binary rpms) doesn't include -fPIC (or -fpic) so
the code doesn't pass security audits in Fedora (and won't run on most
Fedora machines).  I *think* the issue is with timestamps of files, such
that when configure is run it re-runs the automake/autoconf goop, but I
don't understand any of that stuff so I don't know.

But if you can't figure it out, then just release and eventually I'll
try and figure it out so it can go into Fedora; I have no idea if this
affects other distributions in any way, shape, or form.
