PROBLEM:

The default value for the bin plugin's 'Bins:' value is 0, although this is not a valid value.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Start Kst
Create at least one vector
Select Data... New Plugin...
Select the Bin plugin

RESULTS:

The default value given for 'Bins:' is zero

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The default value given for 'Bins:' is one or greater
