OK.

Lets delay another week, and get the patches in.  The ones I listed are all 
good and easy fixes.

So 1.4.0 May 11.

(The alternative, 1.4.0 as is for May 4, and 1.4.1 for May 18, but, at this 
point, that seems kind of silly.)
