I think we should close 1.4.0 off next friday no matter what is done... 1.4.0 is so much better than 1.3.1 that it hurts me to delay. We can follow with 1.4.1 in 3-4 weeks with whatever we miss for 1.4.0. Then we can start into 1.5.0 development.
