[Kst] music / movie player index locator

Hello all

I got several times the request from Planck users of
a cursor in KST that would allow to navigate in the data
like we do in a music or movie player.
Like in your favorite player you could imagine a bar in KST
that would represent the entire size of the data on disk
and a shaded area corresponding to the data loaded.
You could use this bar to move in the data without hitting
"back/forward 1 screen" several times or using the data selector.

I think this would be a very useful tool that seems to be coherent
with the KST architecture.

What do you think ?
