[Kst] music / movie player index locator

There was a discussion some time ago on that issue, and I kept the mails around because I wanted to contribute some thoughts. I thought there was a bug request for that but I can't seem to find it now ? If it has not been created, and I believe we should do it so that the discussion does get lost deep in the list archives...
