[Kst] Error in the rpmbuild of kst.spec-1.4.0 on a RHEL4.

I was thinking of pushing kst packages to EPEL (for RHEL4 and RHEL5),
and this might be my impetus for doing so.  However, the package for
RHEL4 will be of an older version of kst, specifically 1.2.1.  This
isn't a terrible release of kst, but it isn't the latest and greatest.
Let me know if this would help.
